Where Business Strategy Meets the Science of Healthier Communities
The MBA–Healthcare Administration / MPH–Community Health Science (MBA/MPH) dual degree prepares the next generation of healthcare leaders to tackle today’s most pressing health challenges—rising costs, health inequities, and complex systems—through an integrated business and public health lens.
Offered jointly by Baylor University’s Robbins Institute for Health Policy and Leadership in the Hankamer School of Business and the Department of Public Health, this innovative three-year program allows highly motivated students to earn two fully accredited master’s degrees while saving both time and tuition.
Students complete a carefully sequenced curriculum that blends healthcare management, population health, policy, analytics, and leadership—culminating in a nine-month executive residency within a healthcare organization. Graduates emerge uniquely prepared to lead across hospitals, health systems, public agencies, nonprofits, consulting firms, and global health organizations.
