FAFSA
To be considered for federal, state, and Baylor need-based financial aid including loans, grants, and need-based Baylor scholarships, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There is no fee to complete the FAFSA. If at all possible, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to access your income tax return(s).
Baylor's school code is 003545. Baylor normally receives results of the FAFSA within two to three business days.
CSS Profile
Incoming undergraduates who are interested in university need-based aid will need to complete both the FAFSA and College Scholarship Service (CSS) Profile to determine eligibility for university need-based grants and scholarships. Baylor will continue to use FAFSA results to award federal and state financial aid. And, as always, students do not have to complete any additional paperwork for Baylor’s academic scholarships, which are automatically awarded based on the student’s admissions info.
