Baylor MPH Degree Options
While the Baylor Public Health faculty enjoy a wide range of expertise and specialization, they share a common focus on population health and equity.
This diversity of knowledge and mutual commitment are the driving force behind Baylor’s three Master of Public Health degree program offerings:

Community Health Science
Baylor's Master of Public Health in Community Health Science equips students to promote population health in a wide range of public health settings. Our strong, practice-based approach, global health opportunities, and low faculty-student ratios provide students with a quality learning experience that can enhance career development.

Environmental Health Science
Baylor’s Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Science focuses on the human health effects of exposure to chemical, physical, and biological agents in the community, workplace, and/or home. This includes active involvement in preventing, controlling, and managing disease outbreaks and enabling society to function before, during, and after a disaster.

Epidemiology
Students in Baylor’s Master of Public Health in Epidemiology program study the occurrence, distribution, and determinants of health and disease in human populations. Epidemiology students are interested in how disease and health are distributed among groups of people.
