Emmanuel Akowuah is a Lecturer and Internship Coordinator in the Department of Public Health at Baylor University in Waco, TX. Dr. Akowuah received his Master of Science from University of North Dakota in 2014 and a Doctor of Public Health from Georgia Southern University in 2020. He became a full-time faculty member at Baylor University in the Fall of 2020.
Dr. Akowuah currently teaches core public health courses and supervises interns in the BSPH program. As the internship coordinator, he develops and maintain community-based partnerships and internship opportunities for BSPH students.
